Congrats to James Hardy and Tracy Porter! I am very proud and thankful to them for all of their inspiration, hard work, and great achievements, leading to them getting drafted this past weekend.
With Tracy getting drafted first by the New Orleans Saints and James drafted by the
Buffalo Bills right after, they became the first two players to get drafted in the first two rounds from IU in 70 years. That's quite an achievement.
As soon as I find out what jersey number both guys will be wearing you can bet I'll be ordering those jerseys ASAP. I also can't wait to see both of them starring and making big plays on Sundays.
This years draft gives me five teams to watch closely this year. Of course I'm going to be right with my Colts (I'm so happy we drafted Mike Hart), but I will be following the Falcons (for Coach Brown), the Dolphins (for my former prep school teammate, defensive end Phillip Merling) in addition to the Saints and Bills. I can't wait for the fall!
